Shed Fire

On September 2, 2008 at about 2:37 p.m. we were dispatched to a shed fire at 14 Plumbridge Road, also dispatched to assist us was company's 1 and 6. Assistant Chief Steve Pellington was the first to arrive on scene, Steve established command and then reported a fully involved shed on fire with no exposures.
Engine 4 arrived and firefighters pulled one 2" attack line and attacked the fire. Also on scene was Tanker 4 and Tanker 1, they supplied Engine 4 with water. Firefighters had the fire under control in a matter of minutes. The shed was approximately 10'x10' in size and had various items stored inside.
The fire is under investigation by West Milford Fire Marshal Ron Svrchek and the West Milford Police Department. There were no injuries reported.
